Does LawAstra file GST returns?
Yes. Our tax team handles the agreed return preparation, reconciliation and filing. We confirm the period, records needed and any unresolved items before submission.
Can you help if invoices or figures do not match?
Yes. We review the differences with you, identify supporting records and explain the treatment proposed before completing the agreed filing.
Can GST work be part of Legal Guard?
Recurring support can be included in an agreed Legal Guard scope. Return types, periods, volumes and extra charges are confirmed in the engagement; government dues are paid separately.
What is included in the scope?
We review the agreed tax period, reconcile the supplied sales and purchase information, prepare the applicable return and manage its filing after your approval. You can also request GST registration amendments, cancellation or correction work. Filing receipts and open issues stay visible throughout the engagement.
Scope, costs and responsibilities
Services are delivered through LawAstra’s qualified lawyers, CA or CS team under the agreed professional engagement. Scope, fees and timelines are confirmed before work begins. Government charges, stamp duty and other third-party costs are additional unless expressly included; authority and court outcomes cannot be guaranteed.
